We recommend your use of conference packages listed below.

Conference Package: half a day, minimum 20 participants
Cost per person: PLN 80

• Conference room rental for half a day including standard equipment*: duration up to 4 hours
• 1 coffee break (coffee, tea, mineral water, and biscuits)
• Two-course lunch (soup or salad, main course, and mineral water)

Conference Package: full day, minimum 20 participants
Cost per person: PLN 105

• Conference room rental for a full day including standard equipment*: duration up to 8 hours
• 2 coffee breaks (coffee, tea, mineral water, and biscuits)
• Two-course lunch (soup or salad, main course, and mineral water)

* Standard conference room equipment:

• Air-conditioning, except in the SONATA room
• WiFi wireless Internet access
• Regular lighting
• Screen
• Flip chart: maximum 2 flip charts
• Notebooks
• Ballpoint pens
• Flip chart sheets

Additional conference room equipment / price list:

• Laptop - PLN 300
• Sound system: Polonez + Mazurek rooms - PLN 250
• DVD player - PLN 150
• LCD TV set - PLN 250

In addition to the conference package we offer you an individual conference menu. Choose from a variety of menus, which include small coffee breaks as well as rich buffets – for each event the proper offer. Enjoy our culinary delicacies!
